So our shipping process has been fulfill orders, send customer shipping confirmation, drop off packages at Carlsbad,Ca post office on way home , leave at post office “staging platform” in back of post office (designated area for businesses shipping priority) . Drive away.... I learned today that office is so overwhelmed they are driving the orders to main office in San Diego to be processed. Not only does this delay the delivery it defeats the purpose of going to the “staging process”. It is bothersome that we are paying 3.59 to get your package to you quickly but it really hurts that my wonderful customers/ supporters are not getting their packages. New process starting today .. all orders are going to post office in San Diego. We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing. We are learning more and more how this pandemic has crippled our systems and can only thank-you for your patience and support!!
